Spatial optimal allocation of land resources in Fengweihan, Kaishan, Laos

Objective: Through the spatial optimal allocation of land resources to improve efficiency use, promote rational layout various industries and infrastructure, provide a theoretical basis for comprehensive development regional social economy. Methods: Combining GIS analysis technology, logistic regression method CLUE-S model, taking Kaishan Fengweihan City, Laos, as research area, on was carried out. Under constraints suitability quantitative structure, in city is out based demand, limiting factors, conversion rules characteristics. Results: Urban construction paddy fields expanded suitable areas original basis, forestry with sparse distribution reduced correspondingly due utilization, while other types did not change significantly quantity space. Conclusion: Urbanization agricultural can foundation support economic city. At same time, it necessary give consideration ecological protection overall, coordinated sustainable use resources.
